"They've really hit on something special..."
They've really hit on something special here. The quality is top-notch for the price, and the designs are fantastic. Plus, their customer service has been pretty solid too. We did have a little issue with one item arriving damaged, but the company handled it well, apologized, and sent out a replacement. You really can't ask for more than that.

"Awesome items and customer care"
Alright, I gotta say my place is beginning to resemble an RH display. A lot of their stuff is top-notch. I've got everything from couches to bedding. Delivery is generally smooth sailing. After placing numerous orders, there were a few items we weren't thrilled about, but they've consistently been fantastic in resolving any issues.
